Work together on one board

When you need it

Two or more people work on one board at the same time and need to see each other.

Before you start

• The colleague has access to the board: a role is granted in Поделиться (see Grant access and share a link).
• Both of you have the board open in a browser.

Steps

1. Check that the colleague appeared in the presence list in the top bar. Result: their name and cursor colour are visible.
2. Ask them to add a sticky note. Result: the sticky note appears for you without a reload.
3. Start following the colleague. Result: your camera repeats their movements.
4. Stop following with the button in the panel, or ask the colleague to stop their followers. Result: the camera stays where it is.
5. Disconnect the network for 10 seconds and add one more sticky note. Result: the indicator shows офлайн (1), after the connection returns it shows сохранено, and the sticky note appears for the colleague.

Check

• A colleague's changes are visible within a second.
• After the connection is restored the queue drains and the офлайн (N) counter disappears.
• Follow does not grant access: if the role is revoked, the tab switches to read-only.
