When you need it
You need to run a meeting on the board: show frames in order, keep attention, and return to work afterwards.
Prerequisites
- The board has frames.
- You hold the facilitation right: editor, co-owner or owner.
Steps
- Click Start presentation. Result: a panel with the frame list.
- Reorder frames with the arrows; Add all frames restores all of them.
- Start the presentation from the panel. Result: the first slide and a counter.
- Move with ‹ and › or the arrow keys.
- Participants click Watch and join the current slide, even if they arrive late.
- Stop closes the mode; the presenter returns to the previous view and followers stay on the last slide.
Check
- A late participant sees the current slide.
- "Return to presenter" goes back to the slide after panning.
- After stopping, the presenter's view matches the starting one.
- Without frames, the panel explains what to do.
Limits
- Only frames become slides.
- One presenter; followers cannot advance.
- The presentation is not recorded.
- A link visitor watches but cannot start.
